I’m Nishanth Rajamani, a Senior Data Scientist with over a decade of experience diving deep into the realms of machine learning, predictive analytics, and NLP. My journey in data science has been an exhilarating ride through various domains, from optimizing credit risk models to enhancing customer interactions using cutting-edge AI techniques.

Professional Snapshot

I currently lead the charge at Ramboll Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Data Scientist, where I enable ML Ops adoption on Azure ML and work on multi-domain AI/ML solutions. My previous stints include managing an ML Ops package team at ADF Data Science Pvt. Ltd. and working on sustainable aviation fuel optimization.

Some of my key accomplishments include:

  • Building an ML framework for scalable analytical experimentation in the fintech domain.
  • Developing a call center analytics product using advanced NLP techniques.
  • Leading various hackathons to democratize ML Ops tools like ML Flow, DVC, and Optuna.

Educational Background

I am pursuing a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from MITx with a keen interest in Social Analytics. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My thirst for knowledge is insatiable, and I believe in the power of lifelong learning.

Volunteer Work

I’m passionate about giving back to the community. Currently, I’m involved with WWF India, working on tiger conservation efforts in the Godavari basin. I’ve also contributed to beach and hill clean-ups with the Chennai Trekking Club.

When I’m not crunching numbers or building models, you can find me indulging in my love for books, sports like football and volleyball, swimming, cycling, and backpacking. I lift heavy functionally with mobility
